1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Telonai payroll services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time and updates are effective upon posting.

2. Description of Service

• Tax compliance and filing services
• Employee self-service portals
• Benefits administration
• Time and attendance tracking
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use services only for lawful business purposes
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Our data handling practices are described in our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to collection, use, and sharing of information as described.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to your billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated in your agreement.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telonai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you have 90 days to download your data before deletion in accordance with retention policies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United States law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
