1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Telonai payroll services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

Telonai provides comprehensive payroll management services including but not limited to:

  • Automated payroll processing and calculations
  • Tax compliance and filing services
  • Employee self-service portals
  • Benefits administration
  • Time and attendance tracking
  • Reporting and analytics

We strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

5. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the billing cycle agreed upon in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in your service agreement or required by applicable law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telonai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, you will have 90 days to download your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
